The Front Citoyen Togo Debout (FCTD) and Tournons La Page demand the unconditional release of all political prisoners in Togo. Among these prisoners is a committed artist, Prince Fadel. Born on May 12, 1994, Prince Fadel is a committed artist. He was a member of the movement of committed artists of Togo. He is arrested and on remand in the case "Tiger Revolution" since November 25, 2019. He is recognized by his affinity to the PNP party.

The facts: Engaged since the advent of the Movement of August 19, 2017, the artist has always fought alongside the Togolese people. All his songs were almost played in the demonstrations where he went to in the villages and cities of the country with his fellow committed artist Jah Slave Traoré.

"We have suffered many difficulties, sometimes being chased by the military or militants of the ruling party. Sometimes I receive calls from the IIS (Intelligence and Investigation Service) threatening me with death or arrest.

The Tiger affair of which I am accused, I have nothing to do with it, I am innocent. I was arrested on November 25, 2019 around 11:00 am in the store of my wife where I was sitting while in the morning of the same day, I had thrown my new song entitled Faure must go "Too much is too much". I was taken to my home for a general investigation of my room and nothing was found as objects of any crime.

At the GP Camp, I spent nine (9) days under torture and cruel treatment. They made me an offer to join them so that they would release me, which I refused. I also gave an interview to the national and international press through my YouTube account "Prince Fadel", he said and continued:

"Soon two (2) years in detention, I do not receive any visits from my family. The baby that my wife is currently breastfeeding, I have never seen. I am always in the rooms without access to the yard. My eyes hurt and also some parts of my body all due to the torture I suffered," said the artist, Prince Fadel.

It should be recalled that there are a total of 113 political prisoners languishing in Togo's penitentiaries, 5 of whom have already died and 108 of whom are currently in deplorable conditions.

The two organizations alert national and international public opinion to their urgent concerns. It is about the seriousness of the deterioration of the health condition of some of them.
